This page is to provide you with the prices of various Creative Work shown on this website. Here is some information regarding purchase of the proprietary creative work on this site and then pricing schedules.

All original creative work shown on this site is copyrighted under International Copyright Laws and all rights are retained by the creator of the art work shown herein.

Upon purchasing a piece of original creative work and/or prints, you are purchasing the right to own that piece of work, but rights to reproduction and other copyright law rights do not go with the purchase of such creative work. This is generally the case when you purchase artwork from anyone. If you purchase a print from a framing shop, painted by your favorite artist, you do not thereby acquire the right to make prints or use the picture you purchased in advertising for your business and other such uses.

What you do purchase is the right to physically own the artwork you purchased; display it where ever you like for personal use, such as in your home or office; show it off to friends; refer to it as your property, which it is; and to will it to your heirs (subject to the same conditions). Some rights are retained by the Artist in almost every case when you buy proprietary creative work.

Prices shown do not include shipping, handling or sales tax, if any.

#4 We use the largest framer in Houston (3,000 frames per day, we understand). Matting, framing and shipping can usually be completed within 14 days or less.

In the meantime, here is one of Terry's watercolor paintings to enjoy. This is a Columbine which Terry and his son David found on a trip to the Minnesota and Canada Boundary Waters in about 1975. By coming back each year and replanting seeds, the Columbine still blooms at Terry's Law Office each year.
